Steps to Reproduce

1. Bring Secret Project and Grim Embrace, and potentially other gen-blocking perks
2. Bring a hex perk so that survivors have a reason to interact with totems, in order to trigger the effect of Secret Project that way
3. Wait for a totem to be interacted with, which should block a gen like normal
4. Trigger Grim Embrace at the same time (?), to potentially lock gens for the rest of the match

Explanation

The perks Grim Embrace and Secret Project can cause generators to become permanently blocked.

The new perk Secret Project from The First comes with an interesting effect, that causes a random generator to become blocked when a totem is being interacted with. The Killer gains Undetectable for that time. A neat effect which I wanted to put into action, by pairing it with a perk that blocks generators: Grim Embrace.

However, as the match progressed I noticed that one generator did not unblock after the effect of Grim Embrace (4 tokens) ended. You can see this in my recording of the match:

I have timestamped the recording. At this point in the match, I am about to hook a Steve and Grim Embrace is almost over. You will notice that after it elapses, the generator I am closest to is still blocked. It stayed that way for the entire match.
