Steps to Reproduce

1. Killer brings in Secret Project
2. Killer brings in Grim embrace (maybe?)
3. Survivor cleanses a totem,blocking a gen for 30 seconds
4. During this 30 seconds, a survivor gets hooked on their first stage
5. The killer leaves the area, causing grim embrace to activate, blocking all gens
6. The generator never unblocks.

Explanation

Generator Permanently blocked for the rest of trial with The First's new perk Secret Project.
I am unsure if this was due to Grim Embrace activating as well during Secret Project activating. This was only the second stack of grim embrace. I worry that any other generator blocking perk may cause this to become permanent.

I can test and try to replicate later, but for nearly 8 minutes of a match, a generator never unblocked for me. The perk combo was
Secret Combo, Corrupt intervention, Devour Hope, and Grim embrace.
