Steps to Reproduce
- Equip Clean Break
- Heal another survivor while healthy
- Observe that the perk is not charged despite fully healing another player
Explanation
Clean Break no longer activating. The perk used to charge if you healed someone while you were healthy for you to be able to use while injured, it no longer gains a charge from healing another player if you are healthy while the description does not say you must be injured to charge the perk.
