Explanation
Fire sharpshooter is using skills in Death Lab (stages 6 and 7 for sure) when only 1 enemy is alive on minion stage (stage 3 for sure), even though the Intelligence for her is to use skill 1 when "only 1 enemy alive (minion stage)".
