Tutorial Gear Upgrade Steps Persist After Game Crash and Reset

Steps to Reproduce

1. Once a player has reached the point in the tutorial where they are able to upgrade their gear for the first time.
2. If the game crashes and the player has not logged back on before reset said player will have the steps on stuck on screen.
3. Once the player is logged back on, the player doesn't have to follow the tut from that point on, if they choose not to.
4. The player is able to summon their pulls, and even reset the account.
5. The tut gear upgrade text will proceed to show even after the account reset and will visually appear on top of the games opening sequence.
6. The player is able to proceed skipping the opening animation whilst the visual bug is persistent on the screen.
7. Once the player has entered the game they must proceed the first part of the tut.
8. Once the player gets back to the tut (reinforce gear) they have a choice to ignore the tut again.
9. If the player chooses to complete the tut, said player will be stuck at the home page with the arrow hand clicking the mailbox.
10. Clicking the mailbox does not fix said problem, and player is forced to relaunch the game in order to proceed.
11. Once the game is relaunched the player can continue the game as normal.
