Explanation
I have purchased the 3$ pack with 10x value but after collecting it from the challenge area i only received half of the reward instead of getting 26 elarium summon i only received 16, i didn't get my 2 4*-5* summon and one light and dark summon is also missing but it shows that I have claimed the reward. So please solve this Issue.

If it shows that you have claimed it, it means you have already claimed it. The old interface design had some issues that led players to mistakenly believe they hadn't claimed it, but in fact, you had already claimed it when you saw the red dot earlier. The new version will adjust the interface
