Steps to Reproduce

1. Buy a pack
2. buy the monthly pack

Explanation

I bought a pack and it charged my account but didn't get me the pack. I bought monthly pack 3 for 100$ and it loaded for a while, charged me, and then wasn't bought. My username is Nepolepsy.
