Explanation

I was playing the game and my phone ran out of battery so I couldn't claim the rewards of my X5 run at boxing club. When I try to open the game it takes me to the inbox and try to let me claim the unclaimed rewards but then it doesn't let me claim them at all. I cannot claim them either close the window to play or access any other areas.
