Dark Bookworm Passive Buffs Not Applying Correctly

Steps to Reproduce

1. Gear the dark bookworm on 55 crit rate
2. Use the fire engineer robot to give speed buff and attack buff
3. The bookworm's passive will give it crit rate buff
4. You will miss crits because the 50% increase on buffs from the passive isn't working

Explanation

Dark bookworms passive isn't working correctly.
The passive says the bonuses you gain from these 3 buffs are increased by 50%, meaning attack buff should be 75% buff rather then 50, crit buff should be 45 rather then 30 and spd buff should also be 45 instead of 30. but if you gear the dark bookworm with 55% crit rate thereotically the passive should kick in if you have all 3 buffs at once and you should crit 100% of the time because of the crit buff and passive but you will miss crits.
