Steps to Reproduce

1. Inventory
2. gear
3. Minor stat selection (any)

Explanation

When in gear selection/configuration in either menu- if a gear piece has an innate substat, it is not included in the minor stat selection.

For ex: if I select accuracy as my minor stat selection, it will not show gear that has innate accuracy as part of the gear options.
