Explanation

I'm not sure if this is a bug the water ocult girls passive from what i saw isn't fully working the first condition of it works where if she gets crit she'll get her shield but the second condition where If team members get hit to half hp they get a shield to block the damage isn't am not sure if the passive is messed up or not and figured I'd report it
