Steps to Reproduce

1. Fire Music Queen will do skill 2.
2. If i try to use Maintenance for the defense buff, it almost feels like he has paralyze, he doesnt work on all the targets.
3. Please check this. Thank you!

Explanation

Light Robo's defense buff does not happen after (Fire) music queen does her skill 2.
