Steps to Reproduce

1. get hit
2. passive procs
3. no damage occurs (lucky shot)
4. various areas

Explanation

Light Gunslinger passive is not functioning properly. When attacked, the passive triggers, but no damage is being done to the targets who attacked. 89% luck, let the wisps from story hit me multiple times and they didnt lose hp. Not sure if this is a bug. Please check. Thanks!
