Steps to Reproduce

1. Put Hot on units
2. Boss steals HoT buff
3. Put heal block on
4. Boss takes a turn

Explanation

The fire mental fortress boss heals past threshold, when stealing the HOT buff he heals through heal block and the amount of healing seems to be way above the normal amount
