Steps to Reproduce

1. event
2. exclusive power-up
3. vendor
4. whisp

Explanation

in the event where we can buy whisp 2 star lvl 1. I can buy 100 whisp for 40 capsule... I did it 4 time before realise it.. but this bug is not in everyone account some of my friends doesn't have this bug.
