Steps to Reproduce

1. The first time she moves is mini boss on stage 2.
2. She uses her skill 2.
3. On her first turn on the final boss.
4. She uses skill 1 first, which is LOW.
5. Instead of skill 3, which is on Medium.
6. Because skill 2 is on cooldown.

Explanation

Dark War Nurse Intellegence Casting condition is bugged during Heavy Metal. I have skill 1 on low skill 2 on high and skill 3 on medium i need her skill 3 to be first on boss stage.
