Steps to Reproduce

1. Running Fire Music Queen (L)
2. Running Dark Giant
3. Running Water Pumpkin Freak
4. Running Fire Popo Rider
5. Running Light Popo Rider

Explanation

During the Boss Phase of HQ (10) my Dark Giant semi consistantly will miss a turn despite ONLY having speed down. He doesn't lose Action Bar, he doesn't get stunned, he just skips a turn.
