Steps to Reproduce

1. Put your English or American phone number
2. Observe that the system states the Chinese mainland template does not allow foreign calls
3. Note that many players are in the USA, making this a significant issue

Explanation

I cannot add an English phone number to my account. when trying to add an american phone number it states that that the Chinese mainland template does not allow foreign calls
