Equipped Gear Not Displaying in Inventory Tab with 'Including Equipped' Checked

Steps to Reproduce

1. I can see the equipped gear if I go through the Elemon section and then go to the gear and just click the box for "Including Equipped".
2. Finding a work around for this in the Inventory area is to click the box and leave Inventory and then go back in. That seems to have it take effect.

Explanation

When checking the "Including Equipped" box in the Inventory tab, from Home screen, the gear that is equipped is not showing up.
