Steps to Reproduce

1. Play fire barbarian against a water mercenary mother and tree bear combo.
2. The water mercenary mother passive will get triggered and she will attack the fire barbarian.
3. She will deal damages over 25% of the fire barbarians health.

Explanation

Water mercenary mother can deal more damages than 25% of the fire barbarian health.
