Stacktrace Error in Elite Arena Info Section When Accessing 'Offense' Tab

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Arena.
2. Navigate to Elite Arena.
3. Check the Info section.
4. Go to another tab.
5. Press 'Offense' again.

Explanation

Went into arena -> Elite Arena -> Info a window with a stacktrace. Tries to find key TIER_NONE which doesn't exist in the Dictionary.
Doesn't seem to break the game as if I close it down I can progress with viewing the window.
