Steps to Reproduce

1. wind barb will be one of the main team members.
2. swapping is available for enemy team.
3. the swapped unit will join the battle with his original speed

Explanation

Wind barbarian passive bugged in live Arena. the swapped unit ( 5th member ) will not be effected by the passive and retail the full speed
