Steps to Reproduce

1. I had 4 stacks of Fire Vy King Passive Runes
2. I use my S3 (on the boss) which is supposed to consume all of my stacks
3. but instead it put me at 5 Rune Stacks
4. but doesnt let me use them

Explanation

Fire Vy King Rune Stacks are showing the wrong amount when im doing fire elemental dungeon. I'm pretty sure its because the boss heals after it gets**** every time
