Steps to Reproduce

1. Easy to reproduce full speed on Dino
2. slow light bear and try it

Explanation

The new monster, Dino of the dead wind shoul automatically crit if he outspeed the opponent, I tried on light bear and he miss crit.

2 solutions: 1 bugfix Dino or remove crit guaranteed
