Steps to Reproduce

1. Put Sphere Sage vs Wood Bear and you should be able to see it
2. Bear's revenge only procs after you select and execute your action
3. If you have units with counter and it procs, bear and any other units will attack together at the same time at the end of the whole team's turn

Explanation

Counter sometimes only happens after all units end their turns, possible to see in Sphere Sage vs Wood Bear/counter sets
