Steps to Reproduce

1. Use fire engineers s3
2. It applies burn to itself
3. If it takes some more damage
4. Use the s2
5. It burns the HP
6. It doesn't normally kill itself
7. It brings it to 1 HP
8. When the fire sorcerer is in play
9. It procs the fire sorcerer's passive
10. Without the fire sorcerer, it can't kill itself with the burn

Explanation

Fire engineer under burn proccing fire sorcerers passive when it doesn’t die.
