Spec Tree Nodes Not Functioning as Expected

Steps to Reproduce

1. Tested dots on light archon and tree iron fist in Last Stand.
2. Observed that dots tick for the same damage before and after allies died.
3. Checked that archon passive healed for the same damage before and after allies died.
4. Verified that spiritual did not increase the hp of mon revived by Tree Iron Fist.
5. Noted that tree rat occasionally had dots resisted by bosses in heroic boxing club with 79 acc and lock on spec.

Explanation

I am reporting bugs with 3 of the spec tree nodes I have noticed not working. Last Stand in Tank Tree, Spiritual in Support, Lock - on in Disruptor.
