- attack and have extra attack proc
- notice there is only 1 healing charge
Explanation
Water war nurse doesn't proc healing with skill 1 procs and additional attack from echo gear

Her s1 is hit and heal. When echo occurs, it becomes hit and hit and heal. Only negative effect that brings by the attack may occur twice.
