- attack and have extra attack proc
- notice there is only 1 healing charge
Explanation
Water war nurse doesn't proc healing with skill 1 procs and additional attack from echo gear

Her s1 is**** and heal. When echo occurs, it becomes**** and hit and heal. Only negative effect that brings by the attack may occur twice.
