Frequent Disconnects and Game Unusability

Steps to Reproduce

1. Get disconnected from the game, which is mostly a pause and then the game resumes.
2. Observe that world chat gets wiped out during the disconnection.
3. Note that the disconnection sometimes results in being kicked out of the game to the login screen.
4. Confirm that several other people are reporting similar issues in global.
5. Verify that there are no error screens or codes given during the disconnection.
6. Test the game both on WiFi and with WiFi turned off to confirm the issue persists in both conditions.
7. Conclude that the game is not usable due to the frequent disconnections.

Explanation
