Steps to Reproduce

1. Water music queen attacks fire specialist.
2. Fire spec's passive procs and water queen gets dots.
3. Tree wandering monk casts A2 (meditation) on water queen.
4. Debuffs are not removed from water queen.

Explanation

In arena, tree wandering monk's A2 (meditation) did not remove debuffs from the target ally.
