Steps to Reproduce

1. Uninstall the game
2. Install the game back
3. Install the game back again

Explanation

Unable to load into the Game. Does Not Matter If IT is on Mobile Data or WiFi.
Loading eatherfreeze at "read resources" 26/26
Or issues on downloading resources and the Download jumps Back at 0% after loading a bit
