Steps to Reproduce

1. Repeat battle on volcano story level
2. Ensure the difficulty is set to insane

Explanation

I've ran Honor Volcano (insane - 1f) at least 60 times without getting a single wisp. I run any other story level and get several wisps per 10x repeat.
