Quest Rewards Without Wishlist

Steps to Reproduce

1. Summon elerium and get a 4 star (Possibly also with 5 stars)
2. Go to Event > Wishing Event > Quest tab
3. The Small Wish V quest shows progress and has a Get button you can press

Explanation

Wishing Event quest "Small Wish V" for "Obtain 4-star Elemon from the Wishlist via Fission 1 times" is giving rewards without having a Wishlist set. I would assume that the "Beautiful Wish" would do the same but I haven't summoned a 5 star yet
