Explanation

Skill being put on cooldown longer than normal skill cooldown ie water mercenary mother's passive and 2nd skill. The normal cooldown on the skill is 3 turns after use the max the skill cooldown should ever be is 3 turns. When fighting against dark war nurse and light specialist the skill cooldown shows 7 turns
