Steps to Reproduce

1. As a mentor, reach 100 support uses.
2. claim the battery and restart game.
3. Battery will be available again and count will increase by 100.

Explanation

Helping Hand mentor achievement appears to be bugged. After hitting 100 support uses, every time I log on I can claim a battery.
