Shield Proc Bug: Tree Vanguard's Shield Does Not Trigger Other Shield Passives

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use shield runes or light war nurse.
2. Break with a unit not granted a shield by tree vanguard.
3. Any other unit that provides a shield that is not tree vanguard.

Explanation

The description on tree vanguard states it applies a shield. Why when another unit applies a shield does its passive proc. When it was not the shield given by the tree vanguard ie light warnurse or starting with shield runes on a unit. The skill needs to clearly state this fact or it is a bug and needs patched. It clearly states when the shield not any shield on ally unit is broken.
