Steps to Reproduce

1. Use the unit
2. with two high hp units
3. but the lower hp unit having more base hp

Explanation

The new light devilkin only looks at the base hp of the unit targeted with S3. Tree vanguard with 30k hp was prioritized for brand over Hog Chef with 50k hp because its base hp was higher. This completely ruined my plan!
