Steps to Reproduce

1. I logged in and earned some guild points to buy the wisp to finish the quest.
2. It did not work, now I have to wait 1 more week to get it again.

Explanation

I bought a wisp from the guild after waiting for a day to afford it and it did not trigger the quest... I've been waiting for a day to finish this quest.
