Bug: Intro music persists despite audio settings being muted

Steps to Reproduce
- Click the use profile in the top left when you are in game.
- Go to the settings tab under the account tab.
- Drag all audio settings to be 0%.
- Close out of the game and reopen the game.
- The intro jingle will still play
Explanation
App intro music still plays when settings are selected to have it muted.
When you mute all sounds for the game it works as intended and nothing plays. The only exception is on app launching, it will still playing the intro jingle
