Steps to Reproduce
- It doesn't matter if they have a full set on or missing runes
- the bug happens everywhere (arena, dungeons, guild war)
Explanation
Turning on the "display speed" only shows speed for very few monsters. (only 5 in total, and I have more runed)

It is because in the latest version we change the rule that must level 60 monster can show their speed.
I will fix this in the next version. Make the fully-geared monster to show their speed.
