Steps to Reproduce

1. It doesn't matter if they have a full set on or missing runes
2. the bug happens everywhere (arena, dungeons, guild war)

Explanation

Turning on the "display speed" only shows speed for very few monsters. (only 5 in total, and I have more runed)
