Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip Corrosive Sludge Pump
2. Get lucky and grab a Hemoforge upgrade 1x or 2x
3. Hit an enemy with the sludge and allow it to take damage over time until it does

Explanation

Enemies who die to the Corrosive Sludge Pump elemental effect (in my case, acid) with the Hemoforge upgrade do not drop Red Sugar. Enemies who actually died to my secondary weapon did.
