Steps to Reproduce
- Fire an Uncharged Shot/Minimum Charged Shot, leaving the magazine with 00/20 Ammo
- Gun will no longer fire until unselected and reselected
- Swapped to mobility tool and swapped back to MM-4 Charge Pistol, returned to 01/20 Ammo
