Perk Choice Unselectability When Picking Quickly in Multiplayer

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have 1 or more perks available on the drone in a multiplayer game
2. Have 3 or 4 players in the game
3. Press the button on the REPD to make a perk choice
4. If the second person makes their choice immediately or as soon as the previous person makes their pick
5. The card the first person chose will not be replenished properly (it might be off-screen)
6. If there is another round of picking, that space will still be unselectable in the next picks

Explanation

In experimental, Picking a choice from a group prompt too quickly can leave a choice unselectable of the remainder of that selection session
If there are other group picks being made, the unselectable option will be missing for each subsequent selection also)
