Steps to Reproduce

1. gain CQC at 0 ammo
2. never pick up ammo
3. go down 3 stages after acquiring CQC
4. get rezed by Cooper and notice you have 1/3 damage you are supposed to
5. gain all ammo as a troubleshoot and spend it all; damage did not increase or decrease based on ammo percent

Explanation

CQC protacol stops working after going down with no ammo
