Steps to Reproduce

  1. Use AMD latest drivers
  2. Use a AMD 9070XT

Explanation

AMD 9070XT barely runs the game on lowest settings, often hitches when opening interfaces, including the escape menu. Latest drivers, everything clean installed and up to date. FPS drops to staggeringly low when firing weapons with a lot of effects like the Thunderhead.
