Steps to Reproduce

  1. Acquire Frontline Medic red artifact
  2. Have one of your teammates die
  3. Progress to the next level while it's on cooldown
  4. You now have lost Frontline Medic artifact

Explanation

Frontline Medic Artifact works only on the floor it triggers on for the first time. It seems that if you enter elevator to the next level while it's on cooldown, you lose it.
