Explanation
Explosive Rounds seems to trigger when hitting the elevator motor, unlike when hitting empty terrain. I assume it has something to do with it having a hurtbox?
For greater clarity: I was shooting the motor when trying to test the upgrade and found that it was applying the damage to a nearby enemy (later realizing it should not have been)
