Steps to Reproduce

1. Play the Slicer solo jumble game
2. Upgrade with 4 stacks of vigor charger
3. Acquire glass cannon
4. Observe the effects of the vigor chargers being negated
5. Notice the display on the right still shows 400%
6. Experience unfortunate demise

Explanation

4 stacks of vigor charger stopped working after equipping the glass cannon artifact
