Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip Devastator with Power Fusion Rod
2. Acquire Marksman's Loop
3. Shoot enemy weak spots, no ammo gained back
4. Change out Devastator for Trident, same result

Explanation

Marksman's Loop does not appear to function on Devastator with Power Fusion Rod nor the Trident
