Steps to Reproduce

1. When taking the boss's first third health down, I threw in one shard and it was fine
2. Next bar destroyed and there were three of those things instead of just two at a time for each bar
3. After clearing the third bar and killing the boss, one of the shards remained here
4. This could have resulted in a softlock if I threw that shard in already or something

Explanation

Molaktula shard still randomly here despite boss being killed
